Please READ the following agreement, sign, date and return with payment and table selection by Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
I hereby release the Holiday Bazaar sponsors from any loss due to theft, fire, flood, or any other event including injury, creating loss of earnings,
product, merchandise, or supply/display merchandise belonging to me. I take full responsibility for all persons at my table. I understand and agree
with these terms and conditions including, but not limited to the following:
1. 100% payment required to reserve a spot.
2. TEXT your completed application along with payment using the link to: mznea68@icloud.com
3. My table will be run by me, or an authorized representative at all times. Someone should be in charge of your table at all times.
4. I understand, tear down may not take place any earlier than 3:00pm on Saturday.
5. I understand that although understand that certain non-hand-crafted items will be allowed with prior permission, any item(s) may be
rejected, if deemed unfit or inappropriate for this bazaar, and this determination is at the complete discretion of the HOST.
6. I understand there is no promise or guarantee of sales success.
7. I understand in the event I must withdraw from the bazaar, my table(s) fee is non-refundable.
8. I agree to help advertise the bazaar by distributing flyers to local area merchants, schools, etc...
9. I agree photos taken at the bazaar may or may not include me and my table and may be used with no compensation to me.
10. Set up time is from 8:00am – 9:30am @ Hanshew Middle School.
11. Vendor Tables should be set up and ready to go by 9:45am
12. Cleaning the spot area and table after the event is required.
